تمنع الجهة المختصة عن السفر كل سفينة أو وحدة بحرية لا تراعى فيها الشروط المنصوص عليها فى هذا القانون، وتبلغ أوامر المنع أو إلغائها إلى السلطات المختصة فى الميناء لتتولى تنفيذها.
