يتم نقل الضباط من رتبة عقيد والرتب التى تعلوها
بواسطة لجنة الضباط المختصة ويتم نقل الضباط من رتبة مقدم والرتب
التى تقل عنها طبقا للنظم التى تضعها هيئة أركان حرب المختصة ، وقيادة
الجيش الأول .
وتجرى التنقلات مرة واحدة فيما بين شهرى يوليه وسبتمبر من كل عام
إلا فى الأحوال الضرورية التى يقتضى الأمر فيها إجراء تنقلات فى غير
هذا الوقت .
