Article 71 of the Armed Forces Officers Service and Promotion Law

لا يجوز نقل الضباط من رتبة مقدم فأقل من وحدة
إلى أخرى إلا فى إحدى الحالات الآتية :
( ١ ) التعيين فى وظائف القيادة أو أركان الحرب
(ب) التعيين فى الوظائف الفنية أو الإدارية
( ج ) تسوية مرتبات الوحدات عقب حركة ترقيات عامة
( د ) التأهيل لتولى منصب قيادة
( ه ) حالة الحرب
( و ) الحالات الاستثنائية الأخرى التى تمليها اعتبارات الصالح العام
