تكون مدة خدمة اللواء سنتين يحال بعدها إلى المعاش
ويجوز مد خدمته سنة فأخرى بقرار من نائب القائد الأعلى للقوات المسلحة
ما لم يبلغ سن معاش رتبته قبل ذلك" .

العام للقوات المسلحة ، ما لم يبلغ سن المعاش قبل ذلك " .

تكون مدة خدمة اللواء سنتين يحال بعدها إلى المعاش
ويجوز مد مدة خدمته مدة أقصاها سنتان بقرار من القائد العام للقوات
المسلحة ، ما لم يبلغ سن المعاش قبل ذلك .
