ينشأ بإدارة كاتم أسرار حربية لكل ضابط عند بدء
تعيينه ملفان أولهما ملف الخدمة وثانيهما الملف السرى . ويوضع فى ملف
الخدمة كل الأوراق والبيانات المتعلقة بخدمة الضابط . ويودع فى الملف
السرى التقارير وسائر المعلومات التى لها صفة السرية وذلك كله على
الوجه المبين فى اللائحة التنفيذية .
