تنشأ لفئات الضباط بكل قوة من القوات المسلحة
كشوف أقدمية عامة أو مستقلة وذلك بقرار من القائد العام للقوات
المسلحة بناء على اقتراح لجنة الضباط المختصة .

تنشأ لفئات الضباط بكل قوة من القوات المسلحة
كشوف أقدمية عامة أو مستقلة وذلك بقرار من القائد العام للقوات
المسلحة بناء على اقتراح لجنة الضباط المختصة .
كما يجوز انشاء كشف أقدمية فرعى لكل قوة من القوات المسلحة ،
يسمى كشف الضباط فئة (ب) ، ويدرج به أسماء الضباط من رتبة مقدم
وما فوقها الذين تنطبق عليهم الشروط والأوضاع التى يصدر بها قرار من
القائد العام للقوات المسلحة .
ويحدد القرار المذكور القواعد الخاصة بخدمتهم .
