Article 13 of the Armed Forces Officers Service and Promotion Law

يجوز أن يستدعى للخدمة فى القوات المسلحة :
( ١ ) الضباط المتقاعدون
( ٢ ) ضباط الاحتياط
( ٣ ) المكلفون بأوامر خاصة
ويجوز بناء على توصية لجنة الضباط وتصديق القائد العام للقوات
المسلحة الترخيص فى ارتداء الزى العسكرى لبعض الأفراد أو الهيئات
المدنية التى تتعلق أعمالها بالقوات المسلحة طبقا للقواعد التى توضع فى هذا
الشأن .
