يعين الضباط فى القوات المسلحة من بين الفئات الآتية :
( ١ ) خريجى الكليات العسكرية
( ٢ ) خريجى الكليات المدنية أو الكليات الأجنبية المعادلة لها الذين
يلحقون بالكليات العسكرية أو يخرجون فيها
( ٣ ) الأطباء وأطباء الأسنان والصيادلة والأطباء البيطريين
( ٤ ) أى فئات أخرى يحددها وزير الحربية بقرار منه بناء على عرض
القائد العام للقوات المسلحة
ويحدد وزير الحربية بقرار منه بناء على عرض القائد العام للقوات
المسلحة القواعد المتعلقة بتعيين كل فئة من الفئات الثلاثة الأخيرة .
