Article 4 of the Ownership of Real Estate by Non-Egyptians Law

يجب على غير المصرى الذى اكتسب ملكية أرض فضاء بالتطبيق لأحكام هذا القانون أن يبدأ البناء عليها خلال مدة لا تجاوز السنوات الخمس التالية لشهر التصرف، فإذا انقضت هذه المدة دون البدء فى أعمال البناء زيدت مدة الحظر المبينة فى المادة التالية بما يساوى مدة التأخير فى البدء فى البناء.
