لا يخضع تملك العقارات المبنية والأراضى الفضاء للشروط الواردة فى هذا القانون فى حالة ما إذا كانت ملكية العقار لحكومة أجنبية لاتخاذه مقرا لبعثتها الدبلوماسية أو القنصلية أو ملحقاتها أو لسكنى رئيس وأعضاء البعثة، وذلك بشرط المعاملة بالمثل، أو كانت الملكية لإحدى الهيئات أو المنظمات الدولية أو الإقليمية.
