تتكون موارد المركز مما يأتى:
1 - الاعتمادات المخصصة للمركز فى الموازنة العامة للدولة.
2 - التبرعات والمنح الدولية التى يقبلها مجلس ادارة المركز والمقدمة من الهيئات والمنظمات الدولية والاقليمية والثنائية.
3 - المساهمات التى تقدم للمركز من القطاعين العام والخاص.
4 - حصيلة مقابل الخدمات التى يقدمها المركز.
