تبلغ قرارات مجلس ادارة المركز الى وزير الاقتصاد والتجارة الخارجية لاعتمادها، وتعتبر نافذة بعد اعتمادها أو انقضاء شهر على تاريخ ابلاغه دون اعتراض عليها، فاذا اعترض عليها كلها أو بعضها أعيدت الى مجلس الادارة لاعادة النظر فيها، فاذا عاد المجلس وأقرها بأغلبية ثلثى الأعضاء أصبحت نافذة.
