يجتمع مجلس الادارة بدعوة من رئيسه أو من رئيس الجهاز التنفيذى للمركز مرة كل شهرين أو كلما رؤى ضرورة لذلك، وللمجلس أن يدعو لحضور اجتماعاته من يرى الاستعانة به من الخبراء سواء بصفته الوظيفية أو الشخصية دون أن يكون له صوت معدود عند اتخاذ القرارات.
ولا يكون انعقاد المجلس صحيحا الا بحضور غالبية أعضائه وتصدر القرارات بأغلبية آراء الحاضرين وعند التساوى يرجح الجانب الذى منه الرئيس.
