تكون للمركز موازنة مستقلة يتم وضعها طبقا للقواعد المعمول بها فى المشروعات التجارية وذلك دون التقيد بالأحكام الخاصة بموازنات الهيئات العامة وتبدأ السنة المالية للمركز مع بداية السنة المالية للدولة وتنتهى بانتهائها.
