تستمر مجالس إدارة الهيئات الشبابية القائمة وقت العمل بهذا القانون فى مباشرة
أعمالها إلى حين توفيق أوضاعها وإعادة تشكيل مجالس إدارتها وفقا لأحكام النظم
الأساسية لها والقرارات التنفيذية الصادرة من الوزير المختص بشئون الشباب تطبيقا لأحكام
القانون المرافق .
