يصدر الوزير المختص بشئون الشباب القرارات اللازمة لتنفيذ أحكام هذا القانون
والقانون المرافق له ، وتحديد كل من الجهة الإدارية المركزية والجهة الإدارية المختصة
خلال ستة أشهر من تاريخ العمل به ، وإلى أن تصدر تلك القرارات يستمر العمل باللوائح
والقرارات القائمة فيما لا يتعارض مع أحكام القانون المرافق .
