على الهيئات الشبابية القائمة وقت العمل بهذا القانون توفيق أوضاعها دون رسوم
طبقا لأحكام القانون المرافق خلال ستة أشهر من تاريخ العمل بالقرار الصادر من الوزير المختص
بشئون الشباب فى هذا الشأن، وإلا اعتبرت الهيئة منحلة بقوة القانون .
ويجوز للوزير المختص مد هذه المهلة لمدة أخرى لا تجاوز سنة .
