يجوز للجهة الإدارية المركزية أو الجهة الإدارية المختصة بحسب الأحوال منح
الإعانات للهيئات الشبابية ، ويجوز لها أيضا الإنفاق على هذه الهيئات لتوفير أدواتها
أو لتنفيذ بعض منشآتها أو ملاعبها أو استكمال الكائن منها .
