فيما عدا المبالغ الخاصة بقيمة الاشتراكات التي تتصل بنشاط الهيئة ، لا يجوز
لأى هيئة شبابية أن تتلقى أموالا تحت أى مسمى أو أن تقوم بتحويل شيء من أموالها
إلى الخارج إلا بعد موافقة الجهة الإدارية المركزية .
