للمنظمة النقابية العمالية رفض طلب الانضمام المقدم إليها لمخالفة شروط التصنيف
النقابى، ويخطر مقدم الطلب بقرار الرفض وأسبابه بكتاب موصى عليه مصحوبا بعلم
الوصول خلال ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ تقديم الطلب ، وإلا اعتبر الطلب مقبولا .
ويجوز لمن رفض طلبه، الطعن على هذا القرار أمام المحكمة العمالية المختصة،
وذلك خلال الثلاثين يوما التالية لإخطاره بهذا القرار .
