لكل ذى مصلحة حق اللجوء إلى المحكمة العمالية المختصة وذلك للاعتراض على
إنشاء المنظمة النقابية العمالية خلال ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ نشر النظام الأساسى ، ومحضر
الإيداع ، بالوقائع المصرية ، وذلك بموجب صحيفة تودع قلم كتاب المحكمة ، ولا تخل
إقامة الدعوى بحق المنظمة النقابية فى ممارسة أنشطتها لحين الفصل فيها .
