Article 19 of the Trade Union Organisations Law

إذا تبين للجهة الإدارية المختصة خلال ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ إيداع الأوراق المنصوص
عليها فى المادة رقم (١٨) عدم صحة أو عدم استيفاء أى من الأوراق أو الإجراءات
اللازمة ، وجب عليها إخطار الممثل القانونى للمنظمة بذلك بكتاب موصى عليه مصحوبا
بعلم الوصول .
فإذا لم تقم المنظمة النقابية بتصحيح الأوراق أو الإجراءات محل الإخطار أو
استيفائها خلال ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ وصوله إليها ، كان للجهة الإدارية الاعتراض على
إنشاء المنظمة أمام المحكمة العمالية المختصة .
