Article 16 of the Trade Union Organisations Law

تتولى النقابة العامة مباشرة الاختصاصات الآتية :
( أ ) العمل على تسوية المنازعات الفردية والجماعية المتعلقة بأعضائها .
(ب) إبرام اتفاقيات العمل الجماعية .
(ج) الاشتراك مع الاتحاد النقابى المنضمة إليه فى إعداد مشروعات اتفاقيات العمل
الجماعية على المستوى القومى .
(د) المشاركة فى مناقشة مشروعات خطط الإنتاج على مستوى الصناعة أو المهنة ،
والمعاونة فى تنفيذها .
(ه) تنفيذ برامج الخدمات التى يقرها الاتحاد النقابى المنضمة إليه .
