يلتزم عضو الاتحاد بأداء ما يأتى:
1 - رسم القيد عند قبول قيد اسمه فى سجل الاتحاد بواقع 1% (واحد فى المائة) من الحد الأدنى لرأس المال المتطلب للقيد فى الاتحاد.
2 - اشتراك سنوى بواقع 0.001% (واحد فى الألف) من رأس مال عضو الاتحاد بحد أقصى خمسة آلاف جنيه مصرى.
3 - رسم لا يجاوز خمسة جنيهات عن كل بالة قطن يتم تصديرها.
وتحدد اللائحة الداخلية قواعد وأوضاع ومواعيد توريد هذه المبالغ إلى الاتحاد.
