يعد فى الاتحاد سجل لقيد الأعضاء، ويقدم طلب العضوية إلى رئيس لجنة إدارة الاتحاد مرفقا به المستندات الدالة على توافر شروط العضوية المنصوص عليها بالمادة السابقة، ويعرض الطلب مرفقاته على لجنة الإدارة فى أول اجتماع تال لتقديم الطلب للبت فيه.
