يشترط فيمن يقيد تاجرا مصدرا للأقطان ألا يقل رأس ماله عن خمسمائة ألف جنيه، ويجب ألا تقل خبرة الأفراد أو المكلفين بالإدارة الفعلية فى الشركات، فى مجال تجارة القطن عن خمس سنوات .
