يقدم طلب القيد إلى رئيس اللجنة العامة مصحوبا بالمستندات الدالة على توافر شروط القيد فى الطالب.
وعلى رئيس اللجنة العامة إحالة الطلب إلى مكتب القبول المنصوص عليه فى المادة (22) من هذا القانون فى مدة غايتها خمسة أيام من تاريخ تقديم الطلب إليه.
وعلى مكتب القبول إعلان اسم الطالب فى اللوحة المخصصة لهذا الغرض فى مقر مكتب اللجنة بالمحافظة التابع لها وذلك لمدة 15 يوما على الأقل قبل النظر فى الطلب.
