مع عدم الإخلال بأى عقوبة أشد ينص عليها قانون آخر يعاقب بغرامة لا تجاوز عشرة آلاف جنيه كل من زاول مهنة تجارة القطن فى الداخل بالمخالفة لأحكام هذا القانون.
