تصدر بقرار من الوزير المختص لائحة تنظيم معاملات القطن فى الداخل وتتناول على الأخص:
أولا - شروط التسليم والتسلم والوفاء.
ثانيا - الغش والتلف الداخلى والطلبات الناشئة عنهما وزيادة الرطوبة.
ثالثا - التسوية النهائية.
رابعا - عمليات الخبرة واستئنافها وأتعاب الخبراء.
خامسا - الأحكام الخاصة بعمليات البضاعة الحاضرة.
