Article 29 of the Physiotherapy Syndicate Law

يدير الصندوق لجنة برئاسة أكبر الوكيلين سنا وثلاثة من أعضاء المجلس منهم أمين صندوق النقابة، ينتخبهم المجلس لمدة سنتين ويجوز أن يضم المجلس إليهم عضوين أو أكثر من خارج المجلس.
وتعرض قرارات اللجنة على المجلس خلال خمسة عشر يوما من تاريخ صدورها ولا تعتبر نافذة إلا بعد التصديق عليها منه.
ولمجلس النقابة وحده حق الفصل نهائيا فى كل تظلم من قرارات لجنة الصندوق ولا يجوز أن يشترك فى إصدار القرار فى التظلم أعضاء لجنة الصندوق من أعضاء المجلس.
