تتكون موارد الصندوق مما يأتى:
( أ ) 50% من رسوم القيد والاشتراكات السنوية.
(ب) 50% من عائد استثمار رصيد أموال النقابة.
(ج) ما يخصصه المجلس له من أرباح المطبوعات التى تصدرها النقابة.
(د) إسهام الدولة والتبرعات والهبات والوصايا الصادرة لمصلحته.
