يجتمع مجلس النقابة مرة على الأقل كل شهر بناء على دعوة من النقيب أو طلب كتابى من خمسة أعضاء على الأقل من أعضاء النقابة.
ويرأس النقيب مجلس النقابة فإذا تغيب يرأسه الوكيل الأكبر سنا فإذا تغيب يرأسه الوكيل الثانى فإذا تغيب كلاهما يرأس المجلس أكبر أعضائه "سنا".
ويجوز للمجلس إسقاط العضوية عمن يتغيب من أعضائه عن جلساته 3 مرات متتالية أو 5 مرات متفرقة طوال العام دون أعذار يقبلها المجلس.
