يشكل مجلس النقابة سنويا من بين أعضائه لجانا للإشراف على أوجه النشاط المختلفة التى يراها المجلس ويحددها النظام الداخلى.
كما يشكل سنويا من بين أعضائه لجنة لصندوق المعاشات والإعانات.
ويجوز اختيار عدد من الأعضاء من خارج المجلس ممن تتوفر فيهم الكفاءة وحسن السمعة بما لا يجاوز ربع عدد أعضاء اللجنة.
