يجوز دعوة الجمعية العمومية إلى اجتماع غير عادى كلما رأى مجلس النقابة ضرورة لذلك أو إذا قدم طلب مسبب موقع عليه من ثلث الأعضاء على الأقل الذين يجوز لهم الاشتراك فى حضورها وتنعقد الجمعية العمومية غير العادية خلال شهر من تاريخ تقديم الطلب وإلا إنعقدت الجمعية العمومية غير العادية دون الرجوع لمجلس النقابة وفى الميعاد الذى يحدده طالبو انعقاد الجمعية.
