يرأس النقيب الجمعية العمومية فإذا تغيب تكون الرئاسة لأكبر الوكيلين سنا وفى حالة غيابه يتولى الوكيل الثانى رئاستها وفى حالة غيابهما يتولى الرئاسة أكبر الأعضاء سنا من الحاضرين، وفى أول انعقاد جمعية عمومية للنقابة يتولى الرئاسة أكبر الاعضاء الحاضرين سنا.
