يعاقب بغرامة تعادل مثل الضريبة الجمركية كل من خالف أحكام المادة ( ٨ ) والبندين ( ٢ ، ٥ ) من المادة ( ٢٤ ) من هذا القانون أو الامتناع عن تقديمها ، فإذا تعذر إجراء التدقيق والمراجعة اللاحقة لمنع صاحب الشأن تنفيذ الإذن المشار إليه بالمادة ( ٩ ) من هذا القانون ، فرضت غرامة مقدارها عشرون ألف جنيها عند كل امتناع ما لم توجد أسباب مبررة تقبلها المصلحة .
