لموظفى المصلحة ممن لهم صفة الضبطية القضائية حق تتبع البضائع المشتبه فى تهريبها عند خروجها من الدائرة الجمركية أو نطاق الرقابة الجمركية .
ولهم فى جميع الأحوال ، حق ضبط البضائع المهربة ووسائل النقل المستخدمة فى التهريب والمتهمين بالتهريب واقتيادهم إلى أقرب نقطة أو دائرة جمركية .
