Article 69 of the Customs Law

توزع حصيلة البيع وفق الترتيب الآتي :
١ – نفقات البيع والمصروفات التي أنفقتها المصلحة من أي نوع كانت .
٢ – الضريبة الجمركية .
٣ – الضرائب والرسوم والمبالغ الأخرى المقررة للخزانة العامة .
٤ – مقابل التخزين .
٥ – أجرة النقل ( النولون ) .
ويودع باقي ثمن البيع أمانة في خزانة المصلحة ، وعلى صاحب البضاعة أن يطالب به خلال خمس سنوات من تاريخ البيع .
وبالنسبة للبضائع الممنوعة يصبح باقي ثمن بيعها حقا للخزانة العامة .
