تجرى البيوع المنصوص عليها في المواد السابقة بالشروط والأوضاع والضوابط التي تحددها اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون ، وتباع البضائع خالصة الضريبة الجمركية وغيرها من الضرائب والرسوم والمبالغ الأخرى المقررة للخزانة العامة وذلك بعد استيفاء القيود الرقابية ، وتكون معفاة من القيود الاستيرادية .
وتباع البضائع الممنوعة بشرط إعادة التصدير بعد موافقة الجهة المختصة .
