يجوز للمصلحة نشر قوائم بأسماء الممولين أو المكلفين الذين صدرت ضدهم أحكام باتة بعقوبة سالبة للحرية فى إحدى جرائم التهرب الضريبى .
ويتم النشر فى جريدتين يوميتين على الأقل من الجرائد واسعة الانتشار .
