Article 79 of the Unified Tax Procedures Law

يجوز للنيابة العامة فى الأحوال التى تقدرها تكليف وزارة المالية بإخطار الجهات الحكومية والبنوك وشركات القطاع العام وقطاع الأعمال العام التى يتعامل معها الممول أو المكلف الذى يحال إلى التحقيق أو المحاكمة فى إحدى جرائم التهرب الضريبى محل التحقيق أو المحاكمة ، وعلى هذه الجهات والبنوك والشركات وقف التعامل مؤقتا مع الممول أو المكلف إلى حين حفظ التحقيق أو الحكم بالبراءة أو انقضاء الدعوى الجنائية بالتصالح .
