يستبدل بنص الفقرة الأولى من المادة الثالثة من القانون رقم ١٠٧ لسنة ١٩٨٧ المشار
إليه النص التالي :
« يكون الحد الأدنى لمعاش المؤمن عليه المستحق عن الأجر الأساسي في حالة بلوغ سن
الشيخوخة أو العجز أو الوفاة المنصوص عليها في المادة (١٨) من قانون التأمين
الاجتماعي المشار إليه ، أربعين جنيها شهريا شاملا كافة الزيادات والرعانات ».
