Article 39 bis of the Public Business Sector Companies Law

فى الأحوال التى يترتب فيها على طرح أسهم الشركة التابعة بإحدى البورصات
المصرية وصول نسبة المساهمين بخلاف الدولة والشركات القابضة الخاضعة لهذا القانون
والأشخاص الاعتبارية العامة وبنوك القطاع العام فى ملكية الشركة التابعة
إلى (٢٥٪) أو أكثر فى رأسمال الشركة ، يتم نقل تبعية الشركة لأحكام القانون رقم ١٥٩
لسنة ١٩٨١ وفقا للإجراءات وخلال المدة التى تحددها اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون .
