Article 39 of the Public Business Sector Companies Law

تنقضى الشركة بأحد الأسباب الآتية:-
1 - حل الشركة.
2 - انتهاء المدة المحددة فى نظام الشركة.
3 - انتهاء الغرض الذى أسست الشركة من أجله.
4 - الاندماج أو التقسيم.
وتكون الشركة المنقضية فى حالة تصفية، وتطبق عليها أحكام المواد من 137 الى 154 من القانون رقم 159 لسنة 1981 المشار اليه ولائحته التنفيذية.
