يجوز الاتفاق على التحكيم فى المنازعات التى تقع فيما بين الشركات الخاضعة لأحكام هذا القانون أو بينها وبين الأشخاص الاعتبارية العامة أو الأشخاص الاعتبارية من القطاع الخاص أو الأفراد وطنيين كانوا أو أجانب وتطبق فى هذا الشأن أحكام الباب الثالث من الكتاب الثالث من قانون المرافعات المدنية والتجارية.
