يصدر بتأسيس الشركة التابعة قرار من الوزير المختص بناء على اقتراح مجلس ادارة الشركة القابضة، وينشر هذا القرار مرفقا به النظام الأساسى على نفقة الشركة فى الوقائع المصرية وتقيد الشركة فى السجل التجارى.
