ينشأ صندوق يسمى «صندوق دعم الأشخاص ذوى الإعاقة». تكون له الشخصية
الاعتبارية العامة، يتبع رئيس مجلس الوزراء، ويكون مقره القاهرة الكبرى، ويجوز
لمجلس إدارة الصندوق إنشاء فروع له بالمحافظات.
