التعريفات
فى تطبيق أحكام هذا القانون، يقصد بالكلمات والعبارات التالية المعنى المبين
قرين كل منها :
١ – الصندوق : صندوق دعم الأشخاص ذوى الإعاقة.
٢ – المجلس : مجلس إدارة الصندوق.
٣ – رئيس مجلس إدارة الصندوق : رئيس مجلس الوزراء.
٤ – نائب رئيس مجلس إدارة الصندوق : وزير التضامن الاجتماعى.
٥ – الأشخاص ذوى الإعاقة : الأشخاص المخاطبون بأحكام قانون الأشخاص
ذوى الإعاقة الصادر بالقانون رقم ١٠ لسنة ٢٠١٨.
