تبدأ السنة المالية للهيئة مع بداية السنة المالية للدولة وتنتهى بانتهائها .
ومع مراعاة أحكام القانون رقم ٥٣ لسنة ١٩٧٣ بشأن الموازنة العامة للدولة يكون للهيئة موازنة تخطيطية مستقلة تعد على نمط الموازنات التجارية ، وتعتبر أموال الهيئة من الأموال المملوكة للدولة ملكية خاصة .
وتقوم الهيئة بفتح حساب مصرفى فى أحد البنوك التجارية يودع فيه فائض مواردها .
