يبلغ رئيس مجلس إدارة الهيئة قرارات المجلس إلى وزير البترول للنظر فى اعتمادها ، وله سلطة تعديلها أو إلغائها ، وعليه أن يصدر قراره بشأنها ويبلغه إلى الهيئة خلال ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ وصول الأوراق إليه .
